If documents call a cable electrical because of a metal layer beneath its jacket, the cross-section may have been misread. Armour, strength members and working conductors have different functions. Check for optical fibres and separately establish whether this version includes electrical circuits.
Multiplying cell capacity by connector output voltage can combine incompatible circuit levels. Review a product dossier by separating pack nominal ratings, cell configuration and energy available after conversion under specified load conditions.
A continuous outer coating can conceal a knitted construction in a protective glove’s trade description. Examine the finished article’s base, coating and material roles without inferring its chapter solely from the palm’s appearance.
A strong case with a removable insert is not enough to determine its tariff treatment. A typical study asks whether it is specially fitted to the instrument, normally sold with it and presented together in the actual shipment.
The manual and laboratory report name the material differently
If a product document and an analysis report use different material names, first check whether they concern the same batch and sample. A terminology difference and a contradiction about actual composition require different treatment.
A sample arrives separately from the shipment and without a label
If a small sample is examined while the dispute concerns a whole shipment, its connection to the batch needs establishing. Matching colour and trade name do not prove identical composition, treatment or construction. Sample findings do not automatically describe every invoiced item.
